Meghan Markle is all set to give a speech related to Afro-women and power during her Colombia tour with her husband Prince Harry.
The couple were seen ending day three of the quasi-royal tour by paying a visit to a traditional Afro-Carribean village.
The trip to the location involved a helicopter ride that lasted for thirty minutes, along with a 15-minute drive to a pot-holed road that was lined up with soldiers and a tank.
To beat the heat and humid conditions, Meghan was all dressed up in a white-colored linen skirt that featured a sleeveless blouse and a Panama hat.
Harry adorned a more subtle look featuring a blue colored linen shirt and trousers in the color cream. He seemed a little uncomfortable with the hot weather conditions as sweat stains covered his clothing, especially under his arms.
As they arrived, they got a loving and warm welcome with so many clapping and cheering as they waved at the couple who came with their usual team of security members.
Ahead of the arrival, some locals did anticipate the Duke of Sussex to visit and also pay them an apology for the role of the British monarchy in the colonial slave trade.
In the past, we have seen Harry discuss the unfair system which saw many people become enslaved to produce more wealth for the Crown. But he is yet to apologize.
