A new Royal ‘Tell-All’ book is detailing more about how Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle were ordered by the Royal Palace to appear as closely as possible to the late Princess Diana of Wales.
The book’s latest advanced copy was taken on by Page Six where the journalist detailed more about how the reason behind their simple yet elegant looks that appeared similar to Diana was not a coincidence but rather a force. Sometimes it was the attire that was focused on while at other times, it had to do with the accessories in question that were owned by Diana herself.
Many praised their looks and they were deemed to be similar to Diana, especially those having to do with Kate who many felt was fit to be the perfect queen and even emitted the positivity that Diana once had.
The late Princess of Wales was famous for her fashion sense and iconic appearances in public.
She always dressed so elegantly yet glamorous, turning plenty of people’s heads along the way.And since both women were married to Diana’s sons, it made sense as to why they were given her precious jewels and accessories and told to wear them publicly.
But the book also detailed how their looks were always discussed with their husbands, William and Harry first before they went on actually wearing them. It was a sensitive matter and it had to be perfect as people’s sentiments toward Diana were in a different league altogether.
One royal insider says the pressure was a lot and that’s why gentle pushes were made, every now and then. People were hired to pull back images of Diana’s famous looks from a certain point in time to get ideas. But not everyone is loving the news.
The fact that such orders came from a system that actually made Diana’s life a living nightmare is worth mentioning. She was said to be so miserable from the whole living under the palace rules that she always searched for a way out.
