The recent Royal Tour to the Caribbean is being looked upon as a complete disaster and controversy by many, while some Royal experts believe the Sussexes would have done better.
According to local media reports, many couldn’t help but mention how the recent tour was certainly not what many had hoped for, while others felt that the time had come to rethink such tours in the first place.
But many experts strongly felt that if woke Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had gone instead, it would have been an absolute success or roaring triumph.
In case you still weren’t aware, the trip for Prince William and Kate Middleton was not exactly what they had hoped for. Be it anti-monarchy protests or simply others demanding an apology for the past colonial behavior of Britain, it was certainly steeped in controversy.
However, both William and Kate tried to keep calm and not let those things bother them as they were happily pictured with smiling children. But there were plenty of mishaps too as some of the images were so poorly angulated that they soon turned into major gaffes as well.
“You could see children behind fences. Let’s not forget how Kate Middleton was ridiculously snubbed by one politician from Jamaica named Lisa Hanna”- mentioned one Royal Insider.
But the royal insider and one journalist were quick to add that if the Sussexes had made their way to the same place and on a tour like that, you’d see astonishing results that were the complete opposite of the Cambridges.
“They both really tried hard. But the bitter truth was that it just wasn’t for them. Woke glam, eyes shining with compassion and tears, not to mention their caring and charismatic personality too, Harry and Megan are designed for such interactions”- they concluded.
