Fury At ‘Insane’ Food Prices At F1 Miami GP With Salads And Nachos Costing A Whopping $275


They say food makes the world go round but in this particular story, it’s causing plenty of people’s heads to spin for all the wrong reasons.

The F1 Miami Grand Prix was really the place to be for all sorts of A-list celebs who made their way to witness the sport and art of fast cars and racing.

But the food menu did not least plenty of people impressed and that’s because the prices of foods were beyond extravagant. Think along the lines of nachos and salads costing a whopping $275 and it’s shocking for some people how insane the prices were on that evening.

Many felt the amounts were not justified as the menu items were stapled food options and nothing of the fancy or luxe sort so it did not make sense why they were looting customers to such a significant extent.

The event is known to attract some of the biggest names in the industry including leading A-list stars. And when you’ve got the wealthiest bunch in attendance, it only makes sense as to why people will be charged this sum of money, right?

No, that’s not right. People took to Twitter to begin a new debate on how such behavior was not okay as it was setting forward a trend that’s not appreciated.

Many F1 fans claim to be drying their eyes and protecting their wallets at what was taking place. They were left starving as the cost of food did not do justice to the price tags and that made the whole experience a not-so-fun type of affair.

All in all, we have to agree that simple and basic snacks that are supposed to make game nights and sporting events all the more fun and entertaining, food should never cost this much. What do you think?
