Alyssa Milano is being called out for firing fellow actress Shannen Doherty from the leading television series Charmed.
The news comes after a fellow friend of the industry Holly Marie Combs shed light on the matter that turned into an absolute uproar on set, leaving the producers of the show in a very difficult position.
Milano told the heads that she could no longer work with Doherty by her side and needed her booted off or else she was ready to step out herself.
“It ‘s either me or her!”- she went on to explain and that left people in absolute shock. Moreover, the Pretty Little Liars alum explained how the entire situation unfolded on the Let’s Be Clear podcast of Doherty’s famous show.
This is where she called for a meeting with the show’s producer during the start of the 2000s so she could figure out why exactly her good friend and fellow actress got the boot. And when the truth was unveiled, it just upset her so much.
The celeb mentioned how Jonathan Levin who is the producer for the show was very clear on what went on during the filming of the hit WB series.
He also mentioned how he was in a sticky mess himself and he just did not wish that any of this would happen. But it did and in the end, they were left with a limited number of choices, and in the moment in time, that seemed to be the right decision.
“We’ve been put into a situation where it is one or the other. You cannot have both and that’s it!”- he added.
Alyssa had even gone as far as threatening to sue them for a very pressuring and hostile working environment. And that further resulted in a case being filed against her and Doherty. Facts were speaking about her feeling uncomfortable on the set and she reportedly documented each of those moments and vowed to expose them.
