Texas Senator Ted Cruz’s daughter has reportedly taken to social media to slam her own father in public.
According to local media reports, Ted Cruz’s 13-year-old daughter revealed via a viral video on TikTok how she certainly did not agree with most of her father’s views.
“I know I am constantly being judged because of my dad’s conservative opinions but I’d like you all to know that I really disagree with him, most of the time,” added Caroline Cruz.
The young teen was quick to add how she disagrees with her dad in the world of politics and how her father tends to have some opinions that she does not agree with.
In the viral TikTok post, Caroline shared both the pros as well as the cons of being the daughter of a senator.
Among the great advantages, she spoke about how receiving plenty of candy and presents in the mail was certainly something that she did not mind by miles. In the same way, she revealed how she really enjoys and feels blessed with a great many chances she gets when it comes to traveling around the globe.
Meanwhile, there were plenty of downsides on her mind too. And that began with people holding her father’s conservative opinions in the world of politics against her and also judging her in the same manner that they judge him.
But that was not the only downside, according to Caroline. She was quick to reveal how having security guards by her side constantly was another major flaw that she hoped to change soon.
“A lot of people judge me based on him at first glance and I don’t think that’s fair,” the 13-year-old boldly added. “But please note that I don’t agree with him,” she explained.
