One mother is making plenty of heads turn after delivering a precious baby girl whose size is equivalent to a bowling ball.
34-year-old Helen Sellers gave birth to the 11-pound baby, which shocked both doctors as well as midwives present at the hospital.
Many were quick to point out how the baby was one of the biggest that they had ever laid their eyes on.
Helen revealed how she named her giant bouncy baby Celia, who recently turned five weeks old.
Weighing a whopping 11 pounds and 5 ounces, holding Celia is definitely no joke and if you happen to be a fan of carrying bowling balls, then you can easily hold her around too.
The proud parents claim they were equally stunned when little Celia arrived as they had not quite anticipated her to big this big.
But the 34-year-old mother did mention how doctors did warn her during her pregnancy how her baby looked bigger than normal and hence she would need to prepare accordingly.
“We literally took so many bets in the family regarding how big my child was actually going to be”- the mother laughed while giving her interview.
Helen who hails from Leeds in Yorkshire says she and her husband Carl have another child. And he was certainly not a small child too, weighing 9 pounds. However, nothing compares to Celia who really left the couple astounded in more ways than one.
After her birth, the parents were forced to put her on clothing that was originally designed to cater to 3-month-old children as none of her newborn clothes managed to fit her.
But the couple says they’re beyond ecstatic at how beautiful of a baby she turned out to be.
