Erica Ash who reportedly starred in the latest Scary Movie franchise has died.
According to reports from local media outlets, the American actress was known for making appearances on the Fox sketch comedy show called Mad TV as well as the BET reality spoof dubbed Real Husbands of Hollywood.
Erica happened to be such an amazing individual who was extremely talented at her work. She managed to touch so many people’s lives through her sharp and witty humor and very genuine acts, not to mention genuine zest in life.
Her loved ones mentioned through a statement that she was so beautiful on the inside and outside, putting others before herself. Her memory will forever live in their hearts, the message went on to explain.
The star reportedly passed away in Los Angeles on Sunday as revealed by her publicist, Elizabeth Much while speaking to the media outlet.
She leaves behind her mother Diann and her sister Adrienne.
Ash shared the big screen with other leading names of the industry including Kevin Hart, where she played his love interest, along with former wife Bridgette Hart on the reality spoof that ran for a whopping five seasons between the years 2013 to 2016.
While starring in this series, she even popped up in all of the seasons of Survivor’s Remorse. She is believed to have been battling cancer for a long time but no other details regarding the final moments of her life were revealed in public.
