President Joe Biden was seen sparking some serious concerns during the later hours of Monday night.
The country’s head of state was pictured in a frozen state for nearly 30 seconds, leaving many stunned. And this was moments before he was all set to deliver a speech on stage, which was believed to be awfully slurred.
It was so slurred to the point that many had a lot of trouble with its comprehension during the lively Juneteenth celebration.
During that particular live event, the country’s Commander in Chief seemed to be in a state of short circuit when compared to all others in the crowd.
This entailed the likes of Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Dough Emhoff. The duo seemed to be grooving along to the sounds of the beat.
But Biden who appeared frozen was said to be flanked by George Floyd’s brother as he noticed the President’s very concerning pause.
He wrapped his arm around the president and tried not to make things too obvious, as it was a clear sign of hope and effort to the very confused state of Biden.
Experts analyzing the video claim it was just strange beyond words. To have Biden in that particular stance had people talking.
Many wondered if he was doing alright mentally as this was clearly not normal behavior.
Biden did undergo a meltdown while delivering his speech which many feel could have been delivered with more effort as the occasion was a special one.
