Srdjan Djokovic says that his son’s stay in Australia is very similar to the manner in which Jesus underwent the process of crucifixion. In the same way, the father of the tennis pro mentioned how his son was being held like some sort of political prisoner and this is something that would not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Meanwhile, the country’s Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce recently mentioned how the player is taking the country for granted and as a joke if he did indeed lie on his exemption form.

Since Novak is an anti-vaxxer, he has been forced to take shelter in a refugee detention hotel as he awaits the verdict of his appeal.

“He is the center of a political attack where he’s being imprisoned. He is a victim and has been deemed a scapegoat of the country’s harsh rules regarding being vaccinated,” the father concluded.
