Weddings are never easy to plan and execute, thanks to the millions of details and decisions that people must consider.
This next story is about a bride going crazy after figuring out how people were not happy with some of the choices that she was making. And it’s needless to understand why that was the case.
The woman revealed how she had reportedly had enough because of the sort of criticism that she was attaining across the board when she chose to exclude all kids from her big event.
According to her, kids spoil all the fun, running around, and creating unnecessary noise. Similarly, she couldn’t even begin to imagine what life would be like if she had them over because it would undoubtedly spoil her mood.
While the older guests didn’t seem to mind, those among her family and friends were furious at how insensitive and selfish the whole ordeal turned out to be.
But let’s not forget how people were beyond amazed at how she even didn’t think about her own aunt and bridesmaids, all of whom had kids and still weren’t given any sort of leeway.
“I was told that I am an a**hole by my aunt for excluding her children. But I did what I did was fair for all. How could I spoil my big day by allowing them and not allowing all others?”- she asked.
Now, she’s taking Reddit by storm and asking people if what she did was right or wrong. And as you can imagine, people had plenty to say on the subject.
Most agreed that the bride and groom had every right to not include anyone on the guest list that they did not see fit. And if that meant excluding kids, then so be it. But then a few others felt she was being too harsh and that kids add joy and light to big events, and weddings were no exception.
