Elon Musk has made it clear to the world that he’s a man of his own thoughts and opinions, and nothing will come between that.

Despite showing a very close friendship and bond with President Donald Trump, he was seen calling out the administration for looking to make major cuts from NASA’s budget.

A draft version of the nation’s budget for next year is calling for an approximate 20% overall cut to the space agency’s budget, as shared by local media outlets.

A user shared on X a link to the possible cuts that rubbed Elon Musk the wrong way.

He got so emotional about the whole matter and referred to it as a troubling affair, clearly indicating he didn’t agree with the decision.

But he didn’t seem to stop there. He continued to mention how he’s so much in favor of science, but unfortunately can’t participate in NASA budget discussions due to SpaceX being a major contractor to the firm.

Musk’s comments section was quick to call out the Tesla founder, as another shared if he was regretting the vote or not. Then one commenter mentioned how these were not the cuts that America was in favor of, and it’s about time Musk steps in and speaks to Trump about it.
