The procession of King Charles III was recently met with a shocking disturbance.
According to local media outlets, a man was caught and tackled to the ground by the police when he jumped the barrier and tried to come to the center of the king’s procession.
Onlookers watched in horror as the police slammed the intruder down to the ground, handcuffing his hands behind his back.
The incident took place as Charles’ procession had just approached in front of the crowds but little did anyone know of the drama that was in store.
Several officers were pictured jumping across the barriers and following the unknown male whose identity is yet to be disclosed to the public. The British police have confirmed the news and claim that an investigation is currently in the works as they try to inquire what exactly his motive was and why he behave in that manner.
The video of the incident was recently captured and then immediately posted and shared across various social media pages. It showed six different officers from the Met Police running toward a man that was situated close to the barriers.
There was a long array of cheers from the crowd as the officers dragged him against the ground and handcuffed him as portrayed in the startling video footage.
After he was searched, you could see the man being led away by a cop as so many witnesses from the public stand started to take images of the incident.
After he was searched, he was taken into a van that arrived. Many were startled to see him being bundled inside.
