Pregnancy can be painful for some people while for others, it’s a period in life that pushes them to do more.
And this next story of a very adventurous mother has many people in awe. The pregnant woman is making headlines when she decided to run a mega 5-minute mile. And that too, just a month before her baby’s big arrival day.
She revealed how she’s been active and fit for all of her life and so the thought of sitting in one corner and doing absolutely nothing because she was carrying a baby inside of her left her on the edge.
Therefore, the athlete mentioned that she can’t lift up weights or bend too low because of her period of pregnancy. But running, walking, jogging and more are just some of the many things that she enjoys indulging in.
Makenna Myler is 30 and she’s on her way to deliver her first child. But doctors advised her to have a healthy pregnancy and that means saying hello to eating healthy diets and making sure she’s got enough energy to work out.
But running is usually not advised at this stage but she did do it because she wanted to be known as the fit mother-to-be, something like the inspiration for others to live by.
Now, netizens feel she really did put her baby at the risk and if something would have happened, it would be the biggest regret of her life.
People shamed her for spreading the wrong kind of health information online and making other females do something that could harm their little one.
“I did not do this just for fun. But I did this because I wished to prove all of my critics wrong. I did not harm my baby!”- she mentioned.
The 30-year-old professional middle-distance runner says to each their own but she believes exercise does not harm the baby if and when done properly. What do you think?
