Al Pacino wants the world to know that he’s not right with people blaming him for the Oscars 2024 bizarre moment that went down on Sunday.
The legendary actor was given the honor of presenting the Oscar for one of the biggest categories of the evening. And it was ‘Best Picture’ but things did not go down as expected.
Pacino was roasted online after he forgot to announce the nominees in that respective category and straight up went on to open the envelope and announce the winner, which happened to Oppenheimer.
For that particular incident, he was bashed as many in the audience felt he should have taken out the time to give each name it’s due fame. But now, the star is speaking up on the matter after being the center of the recent controversy.
Pacino has opted to blame the producers of the show, adding how it was not his personal decision to do so but something that he was told to do.
