Relationships can be really tricky sometimes, especially when it comes down to the finances part.

 

Most experts believe that financial independence is super important while others discuss how important financial transparency needs to be. And this next story is reminiscent of just that and more.

One woman is not shying away from asking the internet for help after it was revealed how her boyfriend who makes $500,000 a year is forcing her to split the rent. 

The woman who chose to remain unidentified shed light upon how she currently had no job and neither any intention of getting any employment anytime soon. 

The couple is madly in love and has been dating for two years. And while they both live n the same city, she seems to be thinking about the future as her college graduation is coming up soon. 

Thinking about grad schools, she felt that looking for a dorm would be pointless and hence felt that it would just be good if she moved in with her partner. But little did she know that there would be some strings attached to that decision. 

The woman revealed how her boyfriend has a great job with some fabulous perks too but despite doing so well for himself, he’s asked her to pay half the rent, in case she wants to shift in with him.

Clearly, the announcement took her by storm as that’s certainly not something she saw coming from miles. 

Now, she’s asking the platform on Reddit whether or not she should even move in or not because she’s having doubts about her relationship too.
