It was an incredible day of miracles for one little baby boy whose life was saved thanks to a brave and skilled SWAT officer.
According to local media reports, the officer’s incredible CPR skills helped in saving the child’s life, as he happened to be passing by randomly and then all of sudden, the incident caught his eye.
Officer Robert Oden started to follow a car that continued to honk its horn while also flashing the hazard lights. The SWAT member from Atlanta knew immediately that something was not right.
And then all of a sudden, he came face to face with a mother who was holding her baby boy. She seemed panicked and worried and started to say her 4-month-old child was not giving any response.
“I saw the officer and I knew that he would be my only savior. My child was unresponsive and I feared for the worst. And then all of a sudden, he started to give him CPR. It was working like magic and I couldn’t believe it. I could see my baby moving and the officer began to rush and call up for an ambulance.
The amazing footage was immediately caught on camera and since then, the heroic cop is being hailed for being brave enough to perform excellent CPR under pressure.
“He did everything right. He checked for my baby’s pulse, called for backup, and performed CPR. I couldn’t be more grateful. It was Friday the 13th and while for so many people, it’s deemed to be an unlucky day but for me and my baby, I am at a loss for words”- the mother went on to add.
