Pirates of the Caribbean actor Tamayo Perry was reportedly killed on Sunday during a devastating shark attack while surfing in Hawaii.
The leading star was found off Malaekahana Beach, situated on Oahu’s North Shore by local surfers.
The star’s remains featured a missing arm and leg, evidence of how brutal the shark attack must have been during that day.
As confirmed by reports from Stab Magazine, he was a surfing legend and never feared the waters. He was witnessed catching waves during a break from lifeguard duties when the horrifying tragedy arose.
Perry is said to have suffered from not one but two possible shark bites as revealed by reports from first responders attending to the scene.
Lifeguards could be seen rushing and bringing Perry to shore by a jet ski while paramedics pronounced him dead as revealed by officials during the news conference.
Shark warnings were posted in the area by Ocean Safety personnel related to this matter after the attack arose.
Perry was born and raised in the year 1975 and was said to have made a career on the North Shore through such means.
He began surfing at the age of 12 and by the time he became a teenager, he was said to be the quiet up-and-coming local who borrowed others’ surfboards since he had zero sponsors, it was clear that this passion of his was something very close to his heart that he would like to continue for days to come.
