Police were spotted outside Rihanna’s home in Los Angeles after a mystery stalker showed up outside her property.
According to TMZ, the unidentified man traveled all the way from South Carolina to the singer’s home in Beverly Hills only to attempt to enter the house and propose to the singer.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was stopped by Rihanna’s security team who in response called the police.
After the authorities arrived at the scene, the man was handcuffed and taken away.
Ultimately, however, it was determined that the presumed stalker hasn’t broken any law which is why he was released.
It has come to our attention that the man was not charged with any wrongdoing and that he was merely warned not to return to the singer’s home.
It remains unclear, however, whether the Umbrella hitmaker was at home at the time of the incident.
The news comes as the singer is bracing for the birth of her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky.
Previously, in 2018, the police in Los Angeles were called to Rihanna’s home after a man managed to force his way inside the property.
26-year-old Eduardo Leon was reportedly inside the singer’s home for a full day before he was finally caught and arrested by the police.
During his illegal stay at Rihanna’s home, the young man settled in by unpacking his belongings and charging his home. It was not immediately clear how he managed to get past the alarm system and security.
Leon was eventually charged with burglary, stalking, and trespassing.
