Thomas McCafferty chose to ignore Patricia Stewart who lay on her steps in Scotland, freezing in the cold last February. That period is also being renowned as one of the coldest winters to have taken place in the last 26 years.

Now, a spokesperson for the Royal Mail has informed this morning how McCafferty would no longer be working for the organization after displaying such an act.
