President Zelensky from Ukraine has insisted that all of the nuclear power plants belong to the people of Ukraine after reports that his US counterpart Donald Trump spoke about the American takeover of the nation’s nuclear power would offer the best protection for it.
Clearly, he was not a fan of the news and slammed Trump for even thinking that such an idea could be a possibility.

The words are shocking, especially considering how he and his delegation were kicked out of the White House.
Hence, Trump suggesting ownership of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure does not seem to be on the cards, anytime soon, Zelensky shared.
Kyiv had a lot of discussions that referred only to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant which is currently under the occupation of Russia.

All of the nuclear power plants in the country are owned by the state and belong to the city of Kyiv, Zelensky reminded the press.
Zelensky denied discussing with Trump the possibility of the American ownership of the plant. But they did share how to find the right solution to the whole situation, including putting Russia in its place.
