Shocking reports are speaking about the Prime Minister of Slovakia entering critical condition after being shot several times.
Robert Fico received bullets to his stomach and arm from a 71-year-old man who was said to have been caught by the cops while attempting to flee the scene of the crime.
The 59-year-old political leader’s incident was called out as an assassination attempt where could be seen fighting for his life while being rushed into his vehicle to receive medical aid.
The leader was first rushed to a nearby hospital where his condition was described as stable and that’s when he was soon shifted over to another medical facility.
The name is yet to be revealed but it has now been confirmed that he has entered a life-threatening condition as doctors are doing their best to pull him out of danger.
The incident arose in the northeastern part of Bratislava. This is right after a meeting ensued following his greeting to the public where he was seen adoring crowds.
But little did anyone know that an armed assassin was present who took out his loaded weapon and started to fire uncontrollably at him. Within no time, he was pounced upon by the security officials of the Prime Minister and handed over to the cops.
