Fans of the Royal family were left swooning yesterday moments after they saw Prince Harry behave like an absolute gentleman for his wife Meghan Markle.
According to local media outlets, Harry made sure his lady love got the royal treatment she deserved as he opened and closed the doors of the car for her, as she sat down and when she stepped out. This was definitely a gesture that the crowds couldn’t get enough of. After all, he is known for being chivalrous.
The couple shocked crowds when they both opted to make a surprise appearance alongside William and Kate to greet fans and look at tributes that were lined up in honor of the late Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.
But seeing Harry open and then close his wife’s door for her had so many fans swooning and applauding him for being the true gentlemen that they’ve seen him and brother William be over the years.
The Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent plenty of time admiring the beautiful tributes for the late Queen, and then even posed for images for the public. But seeing Meghan Markle talk to the crowds alone was another surprise that a lot of people didn’t see coming.
While she was all smiles and acted gracious, she received mixed reactions across the board.
Some crowd members gave her tight and warm hugs and spoke to her in a friendly tone while others had stony faces and just took out their hands for her to shake. But that doesn’t come as a huge surprise after all the recent podcasts and interviews that the Duchess has been involved in recently.
