Prince William allegedly made it very clear that he doesn’t want his young brother, Harry, to think that his children are his responsibility.
In his bombshell memoir Spare, the Duke of Sussex presented wild allegations including claims that he was assaulted by his brother and that he was made to be a spare in case William needed a blood transfusion or organ transplant.
Now, Prince Harry took another jab at his family as he spoke to The Telegraph about his worries for Prince William’s youngest children – Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte.
“Though William and I have talked about it once or twice, and he has made it very clear to me that his kids are not my responsibility, I still feel a responsibility,” Harry said.
“Out of those three children, at least one will end up like me, the spare. And that hurts, that worries me.”
Harry’s worries are stemming from the fact that Prince George is second in line for the throne, right after his father Prince William, while his siblings Charlotte and Louis are third and fourth.
In the candid interview, Prince Harry further insisted he could not allow his son, Archie, to go through the same experience of feeling like a spare as he did in the past.
He also admitted that he wants to break the “cycle” while noting that his family, including William and King Charles, are likely not too pleased with the big revelations he recently made.
Despite all his allegations, however, Prince Harry remains convinced that he could make a second memoir out of the information that he purposely chose to keep out of Spare.
It is currently unclear if Harry was simply noting that a lot has been left out of his autobiography or if he has any actual plans to come up with a second memoir.
