The star was recorded as mentioning how people had no clue who the iconic Marilyn Monroe was before she wore her dress. And that really made trolls come out to blast the celeb over the bizarre mention.

Kim Kardashian’s shocking stance and comments regarding her dress at the MET Gala had people in a state of absolute whirlwind. They felt the star needed a reality check and was being so delusional about the whole matter.

He even explained that this is unacceptable for obvious reasons and wished she would grow up because it was awfully shameful.

The SKIMS owner managed to attract plenty of negative attention across the board when she chose to wear the gown to the high-profile event.

And what enraged people even more is how she filmed it all for her reality television show too and people were just baffled at how she found it okay to wear the iconic piece that belonged to one of Hollywood’s legendary actresses.

The dress in itself is the most beautiful piece as it goes back to 1962 when Monroe was observed singing Happy Birthday to then-President John F. Kennedy.

This was in honor of his 45th birthday celebration. But for Kim to forget that and just focus on her own self has people in a state of dilemma.

Hence, the starlet did end up getting the most mortifying responses from critics over her ignorant comment.

Trolls bashed the star for being so self-obsessed to say something of that nature. Kim added that people hadn’t ever heard of Monroe and she was the one who introduced her to them by wearing the iconic attire.
