Her six-year-long journey is definitely making people raise their eyebrows. After all, that’s a major obsession worth a mention.

23-year-old Barbie Girl who goes by the name Serena Smith says she has undergone countless surgeries since she was a teen. She hails from California and can’t get over the fact that her transformation to look like the iconic Queen is almost over. So far, she has zero regrets.

The first time this young woman went under the knife was in the year 2016 and she was only 18 years old. This procedure was a boob job and it cost nearly $7500 it was a major jump from an A to a DD.

After that, one thing led to another. She had a rhinoplasty that cost her a whopping $11,000 and she was on a roll to her stunning Hollywood-themed nose. Right after that, she opted to achieve more with transformed looks so she went on to get the famous Brazilian Butt lift.

For all of her procedures, she has chosen the biggest names in the world of surgeries. And the results she feels have been exactly like she had envisioned.
