Famous Hollywood actor Keanu Reeves is paying an emotional tribute to his fellow late co-star from the hit film John Wick.
Reeves laid out a series of heartfelt statements that goes to show how beautiful and special of a bond he held with his partner.
Keanu Reeves and Lance Reddick reportedly held a very tight bond together. Therefore, the latter’s death really did shatter his heart, forcing him to reveal the post that we’re now all witnessing at this moment in time.
He referred to him as his beloved friend and fellow colleague from the industry. In the same way, he says that his professionalism was an absolute joy to work with too.
Keanu prayed for the departed soul and his family so they can pass this difficult period in their lives. In the same way, he asked others to do the same.
“Our love is with his wife Stephanie and his kids and all other family members and friends. It’s just a horrible period of grief right now”- he revealed. And the sadness could be felt in his tone across the board.
As per a recent report, the actor passed away due to natural causes. But it all happened so suddenly that many found it a difficult ordeal to digest.
His wife was the one to break the news on social media. She requested prayers and spoke highly of her husband. She added how it’s so humbling to see people mention him in the most beautiful memories and stories. She reads each and every one of them with so much intrigue and smiles knowing her husband touched so many people’s lives.
There are just four days left until the release of John Wick 4. And Keanu says attending all of these movie promotions is just heartbreaking knowing that one of the main stars of the film is no longer with us.
He also chose to dedicate the film to his honor.
