Court Judge ORDERS Trump to Rehire Thousands of Employees from Musk’s Massive Layoffs Over Poor Performance


Two federal judges handed down specific orders forcing Donald Trump’s administration to rehire thousands if not tens of thousands of probationary workers.

The news comes after the Trump administration took part in mass firings across several agencies on Thursday, slowing down the president’s remarkable plans for downsizing the federal government.

Both judges separately found legal issues with how the mass terminations were carried out and ordered those workers a temporary blockade to be back on the job.

The Trump administration has appealed the first ruling. As per the White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt cast, it can encroach on the President’s power to hire and fire individuals.

Now, the Trump administration is making big plans to fight back against the claims that are being hailed as absurd by them, and also the most unconstitutional order as per the press secretary.

Many of the judges felt the administration didn’t follow the right laws set out for large-scale layoffs, including a 60-day advance notice for this.
