The cause of death for Richard Simmons has finally been revealed after the star was reportedly found dead at his residence one month back.
According to reports from local media outlets, the LA Medical Examiner’s Office explained to Simmon’s brother how the legendary fitness instructor passed away from complications that arose after his fall.
Similarly, they spoke about a heart disease that happened to be one of the main contributing factors. As mentioned by one family spokesperson, the family has requested privacy during this difficult time.
The rep also shed light on how the toxicology report came back negative and only included those meds that were prescribed to him on a routine basis.
The manner of his death was ruled as accidental. And therefore no speculations on the matter should be added.
