NYC Photographer Ripped For ‘Shamelessly’ Charging Extra To Shoot Plus-Size Models


A photographer from New York City is being ripped apart after it was revealed how he charges extra money for shooting plus-size models.

Reports from sources revealed how models have begun shaming the photographer when he openly declared that he would be taking an extra amount of $100 to capture professional images of all plus-size models, as compared to those who were a standard size.

The photographer was identified as William Lords who is now coming under fire for his unique pricing strategy that is blowing so many people’s minds.

A 24-year-old model by the name of Megan Mesveskas was the first to share the photographer’s ridiculous standards of shooting. She opted to name and shame him through her TikTok account to help make so many people aware of what was really going on.

The email she received is now making the rounds on social media which clearly states how he spoke to her in regards to the charges of his photography studio.

This particular email quoted how he would be charging $950 to take images of her. However, he did not stop there. Instead, he revealed how any plus-size or curvy model would be given $1050.

To that, the model became absolutely stunned and furious at his behavior when she stated: “I guess he just does not want to have to look at them through his camera lens”- she continued.

The model could be seen upset and enraged in the video that has now managed to gain nearly 100,000 views and that includes some reposts as well.

For this reason, the photography faces severe allegations from the public of suffering from fatphobia.

The photographer tried to defend his rates by mentioning that these rates were only for test shoots where he puts in extra effort to make lookbooks for such models that help them during auditions.

Similarly, he spoke about how the price tag includes an array of designer clothes that models wear while they’re being pictured.
