One husband was seen abandoning his wife by mistake after driving off 100 miles before realizing she was not with him in the car.
Sources from local media outlets have gone on to speak about how the husband had left his wife after a roadside toilet break.
The bizarre incident took place in Thailand recently where the wife managed to get out of the car for a restroom break. But little did she know about what was in store.
Her husband claims he did not even realize that she was missing from the car because she went out to the toilet without informing him. Still, that does not seem to be a valid excuse as to what happened next.
He went on to drive a staggering 100 miles before he realized that she was not even there with him. This whole time, she was stranded alone and had to walk for help as she did not know anyone that could help.
“I went to the restroom and when I returned, there was no car in sight. I thought to myself, this can’t be true!”- she went on to add.
It was actually really sad as she had no money or company or phone to assist her. Hence, she had to walk miles for help, getting furious along the way.
After pacing down a staggering 13 miles, she finally found help at 3 am and it was just a tragic affair she explained.
But her husband was driving away blissfully for 100 miles. Moreover, he claims that he assumed she was sleeping in the car’s back because she never told him about getting off.
After realizing his huge mistake, he ran back to get her and it was just so embarrassing for him and his wife to have details of their story be seen by the officers in the station.
