Terrifying new details are emerging from the Texas elementary school shooting incident that had taken place last week.
According to local media reports, the incident claimed the lives of 19 innocent students and two teachers, who died at the hands of a senseless attack that was conducted by a suspected teen gunman.
Today, cops have revealed how the back door at the Texas Robb Elementary School had failed to lock properly despite having an automatic lock attached.
At first, we saw the Texas police mention how the teacher had left the door open and the gunman had entered from there. But later on, it was revealed how she had shut the door after hearing loud and terrifying sounds of gunfire filling the air.
These remarks vary greatly from what was first revealed by the cops, who blamed the teachers for the incident, instead of taking responsibility on their own shoulders.
But with that, we can’t forget to notice how the design of the lock was such that it should have locked immediately but since it failed to do that, many are questioning what would have happened or how the case would be different
“We thought the teacher forgot to close the door but it has now been revealed how didn’t actually close it because it failed to lock in the way it was designed to”- the chief of communications revealed.point 497 |

More details were confirmed through live footage that was reviewed several times since last Friday. This was to confirm whether or not the teacher had left the door open or not.
“She rushed outside while on her phone to hear someone scream he has a gun!”- and when she saw the student jump, she knew something was wrong. Hence, she shut the door and saw him. Little did she or anyone know that the lock wouldn’t work”- the officer went on to add.
