Soccer superstar Ronaldo was reportedly caught fake crying for the cameras after his team’s defeat against Morocco in the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The world’s number-one player has had a rough tournament and this loss in the quarter-final was definitely not making things easy for him and his team.
But while making his way off the field and entering the tunnel, the living legend in the world of sports was seen shedding a tear that many felt was beyond fake and only staged for the cameras.
They bashed him and even slammed him for not giving his best in any of the matches. Others called him out for focusing his attention on other things like fame and money.
Similarly, one fan was also seen running on the field and making an attempt to dump an entire bottle of water on the player but thankfully, security officials managed to intervene in between and arrested him.
Ronaldo was seen sitting on the benches as a substitute for the game, similar to the way he was dealt with during the match against Switzerland. Thankfully, that match his squad one without any effort made by him. But today, they just weren’t as lucky as his team failed to make any score against the defiant Moroccans whose defense has been called out as beyond extraordinary.
This is the celeb’s final FIFA world cup as per specualtions. And after quitting his Manchester United squad, we’ll be seeing the top player play for a private club owned by the Saudis so many think that would be very interesting as it is.
