A fake Christmas card is making the rounds on social media and it’s leaving many people disturbed.
The fake card has royal fans startled as it uses AI technology to generate an image of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s kids which has now gone viral on social media.
The royal fan chose to delight others by creating the holiday-themed greeting but not everyone seemed to be on the same page with many calling the act creepy and uncalled for.
The intention seemed to be related to sharing an alleged glimpse of the pair’s rarely seen kids who include Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The black and white image features the AI-generated Archie donning a sweater with cargo pants and posing near his little sister’s side.
She’s witnessed wearing the same floral attire that she wore on the real card published by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle before Christmas.
The card wishes all viewers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Since the launch of the fake card, critics called this image out as shocking and AI-generated which must have been a relief for Harry and Meghan as the pictures fail to resemble the real kids.
Some called it creepy while another mentioned how it was a complete fabrication and an insult to the family. What do you think about the AI-generated holiday card?
