Sam Smith has reportedly spoken about how they were left amid a devastating incident at the start of this year where even walking seemed impossible.
The star shed light on a life-threatening accident while skiing with friends. More details revealed how the singer tore their ACL and therefore needed to be rescued immediately from a ski slope.
This meant focusing more on the likes of mental stuff since the last seven months was necessary.
Moreover, Sam revealed how the damage was certainly permanent and that left them in the most anxious state. ‘I had to buckle up for this ride that nobody had warned me about. It’s sad but the reality is that I needed to get my s**t together’- they added.
This is the first time that the celebrated artist is speaking about the dangerous accident that occurred in January. They have to use support for walking as was recently seen in a new image featuring the star with their boot and cane.
The news was revealed through a new podcast where Sam mentioned how the goal is to focus on serious mental stuff that perhaps is something they would never think of.
The accident not only impacted mental but also physical health, they explained and some of the damage is said to be permanent.
