Witnesses have spoken about the horror arising after hearing screams from a woman who was shot dead outside a school.
The incident arose at the William Wiley Elementary School in West Richland in Washington where students were said to be placed under a critical lockdown ordeal.
SWAT teams were said to have rushed to the location after reports about an active shooter near the premises arose. The woman was shot and killed before the kids were rushed from their school buses and forced to enter the school’s premises.
Police cars featuring blaring sirens started to line up across the sidewalk in front of the premises of the school where officers holding assaulting weapons started to search this particular area.point 281 |

The shooting is said to have arisen as the kids were leaving the building at about 3 pm. This is when the law enforcement officials referred to it as an active incident as they began to scour the location of the suspect in question.
