National security adviser Mike Waltz accepted complete responsibility for the incident on Tuesday, which included the addition of a high-profile journalist inside the Signal chat group where top-secret discussions were being done about the war.

He shared how he accidentally added Atlantic magazine’s editor in chief to a Signal chat group where discussions were done about a series of military strikes against Yemen.

Waltz mentioned to Fox News how a staff member was not to take the blame. He shared how he designed the group, and the job was to ensure everything was great and well coordinated.

When pressed by a media talkshow host about why and how Goldberg’s number was on his phone, he was speechless and said he did not know.

‘Have you ever had anyone by that name contact you before?’- the host asked. Then Waltz got defensive and shared how he didn’t see this loser’s name on the group, and instead of adding the right person, he added the editor-in-chief of Atlantic.

Many view him as a top antagonist of Donald Trump, so obviously, many questions are raised about the actions. Now Waltz says if that was done on purpose by the staffer or if it was an honest mistake, only time can tell.
