Sharon Osbourne REACTS To Charles Becoming King As She Claims Too Many People ‘Miss The Point Of The Royal Family’


Sharon Osbourne has spoken out and shared her thoughts on Charles becoming the next King.

Following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, Charles III automatically became the King of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth nations with his official coronation set to take place at 10 am local time on Saturday, September 10.

After assuming the new mantle of responsibility, King Charles received tons of supportive comments from Royal fans and supporters from around the world who wished him a long and prosperous reign.

Among them was also British-American commentator and television personality Sharon Osbourne who suggested that Charles will make an “amazing” king.

Speaking to Piers Morgan, the former X-Factor judge said:

“So many people miss the point – they are a family, a tight-knit family. The grandchildren and the children will be completely devastated.

“She represented strength. Why would anybody want to come to Britain? Because of our traditions, because of our royal family.”

Osbourne went on: “Everything that comes with Britain, it’s historical. She kept going and that’s what makes Britain different from every other country – our traditions.”

The 69-year-old also recalled the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations as she suggested that there will never again be a monarch that will rule the country for so long.

“You could never ever say anything against the Queen, she never went wrong with one step. And when she took her oath to be a servant to this country she never broke it – she has served this country her entire life,” Osbourne expressed.

“Can you imagine the things she must have put aside, personally, family wise, things that she would have loved to have done, to serve her country.”

Concluding her touching tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, Osbourne branded the late monarch as a “magnificent” woman that will “go down in history as the greatest Queen the country has ever had.”
