Sharon Stone surprised her fans as she showed off a dramatic new look for her 65th birthday celebration.

On Friday, the Hollywood actress shared a series of photos focusing on her oversized red lips as she relaxed on her special day in a black and white polka dot pajama.

“I did it. Finally. For my birthday, I went Hollywood,” the Basic Instinct star wrote.

“Sometimes you get EXACTLY what you wish for.”

Fortunately, it turned out that Sharon’s new lips were nothing more than a good joke, whereas the actress didn’t actually undergo a cosmetic procedure to have her lips enlarged.

As it happens, the so-called Wax Lips that Stone proudly donned are made of candy and edible wax and shaped to resemble real, oversized lips.

In another photo, the 65-year-old was seen relaxing in her bed while holding a bunch of ‘happy birthday’ balloons in her right hand.

One snap also showed a lavish bouquet of red roses along with Sharon’s ‘thank you’ message that read: “Lovely, lovely birthday. Thank you everyone.”

Elsewhere in her post, Sharon also shared a pro-aging quote that reads: “Age is irrelevant. Ask me how many sunsets I’ve seen, hearts I’ve loved, trips I’ve taken, or concerts I’ve been too. That’s how old I am.”

Sharon’s post and photos quickly went viral with people congratulating the actress on her birthday.

“You have a wonderful sense of humor. I wish you a life filled with happiness and love,” someone wrote.

“Lovely lips, Sharon!” another joked.

A third said: “I thought those were REAL for a minute. Nice one.”
