A mother has sparked a new debate online by shaving her newborn baby’s hair.
The influencer took to her account on social media to showcase to her fans how wonderful she felt after doing the deed herself. But the response she got from the majority was definitely not what she was expecting by miles.
The woman stirred up a huge controversy with other mothers when she showed her daughter’s forehead and shared how she had shaved it all.
27-year-old Byron Bay’s influencer who goes by the name Ruby Matthews says she needed her third child which was a baby girl. This is Ruby’s first little baby with her finance and she really means the world to them.
Ruby who likes to go by the name rubytuesdaymatthews mentioned on her account on social media that she adores sharing her life’s updates with fans. Hence, this was a big deal for her too and that’s why she ended up doing the same.
What really irked so many people across the board is how the influencer chose to shave the forehead because she wished her child’s skin would glow more. And that logic isn’t something that clicked with anyone.
“I have done the same with my other two kids too. Hence, it’s not really something that is new”- she continued. Ruby says that having two kids is never easy and she is judged a lot by her actions. But it’s amazing for her that so many people are so interested in her life yet they choose to criticize her too much as well.
Mothers were quick to mention that Ruby is not a great mom for putting her young child through so much pain. They failed to see eye to eye with her in this matter. And just like that, the criticism continued.
