Ben Affleck has just bought a new home and no surprises here in terms of where the residence is located.
According to reports from local media outlets, the leading Hollywood actor has opted to purchase a mega $20.5 million mansion that’s present in the ritzy Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
The news comes as his and Jennifer Lopez’s mansion which they bought together is on the market for sale.
The new home is said to be a short drive away from that of Jennifer Garner and many cannot even begin to imagine how that would make Lopez feel.
JLo just celebrated her birthday at the Hamptons where she turned 55. All of her close family and friends were in attendance but Affleck opted to send a very bold message by skipping that entirely.
His latest bachelor pad features five bedrooms with walk-in closets, six bathrooms, and massive dining spaces for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
There is a huge family room, a den, and even a media room as well as a powder room for any in-house shoots.
If that was not enough, there’s a mega guest room on the property too. The star is yet to comment on the matter but this just confirms how his divorce with JLo is inevitable and the star has reportedly made up his mind to move on.
