When it comes down to the festive season, nothing can be worst than a meal that’s far from perfect.
And this time around, a few supermarkets are feeling the heat from customers after they could be seen reportedly slamming the stores for ruining the Christmas dinners.
In case you’re wondering why, well, customers claim that their holiday turkeys which were supposed to be the center of attention and the star of the show ended up being rotten.
And now, they want the stores to pay them back for the worst holiday gift of all time.
One person went as far as mentioning how the spoiled bird had been cooked for a hearty meal and it just ended up being a major disaster. Moreover, her partner even ended up throwing up and it was just not the way that they had hoped for their Christmas celebration to go.
Another customer shed light on how the stench of the rotten birds was so much that they were left with zero choices but to light up candles in the room And just like that, one story came after the next.
There was also another case that detailed how two members of the same family had to resort to beans on toast as their main meal was supposed to be turkey and since that was rotten and nothing else was open, they were left in a pretty awkward situation.
But it was not just one store in the United Kingdom that was being called out. There were plenty and they all had one thing in common. And that’s related to how people were not happy.
Customers spoke wrongly on Twitter about Asda, Sainsbury, Lidl, and Tesco, and all in all, this was definitely not the way any customer would ever wish to kickstart the holidays. Do you agree?
