A leading sports expert from top broadcaster ESPN is having his say on the whole Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift Fiasco.
He claims that the celeb should not be blamed because the cameras can’t prevent themselves from focusing on her every move.
The news comes after the singer was slammed by NFL critics for ruining their football experience. She was also slammed for making the game all about her, instead of the sport. And if that was not enough, she was similarly criticized for continually showing up to support her lover, despite knowing well that it causes a frenzy.
Stephen A. Smith mentioned how it was time to show the star some respect because it was not her fault that the cameras focused on her.
Similarly, they mentioned how it was high time people paid more attention to the matter because this kind of behavior was unacceptable.
“You keep criticizing the singer for no reason. How is it her fault that the channel focuses on her face and expressions, and every little thing that she does? You all are crazy and need a reality check!”- he explained.
In the same way, he says that it’s not at all fair that people are calling her out to stay at home. “It’s her man, she has every right to attend because she got tickets like the rest of us. Who are you to tell her to stay at home!”- he blasted while slamming trolls for all the rude and harsh comments hurled in the superstar songstress’ direction.
Many wondered why he was coming so strongly on others while showing support for Taylor Swift while the latter’s fans commended him for finally speaking up.
“Thank you for finally speaking up. This is just so wrong. She deserves nothing but love. She’s a trooper for staying silent for so long and then being slammed at the Golden Globes too for the same reason”- another loyal Swift fan added. Do you agree?
