Buckingham Palace is finally breaking its silence about speculations regarding the Princess of Wales and her current health status.
According to reports from local media outlets, the Palace spoke about how the royal member is not undergoing any kind of treatment for cancer.
She just underwent surgery on her abdomen, it was confirmed, and therefore would remain under hospital care for the next 10 to 14 days. Similarly, she will not take part in any kind of royal engagement, sources went on to add as she rests and recovers.
Both King Charles and Queen Camilla were seen making their way to visit the Princess, shorts before her husband Prince William of Wales got behind the wheel to give his dear wife a visit.
When many heard about the sudden news of a planned surgery out of nowhere, they knew that perhaps something was wrong for a while but only now was the treatment begun. And the first thing that came to people’s minds was linked to some kind of serious illness.
But Buckingham Palace was quick to chime in on the issue and confirm that was not true.
“She will stay in the hospital for weeks so that she can finally go home and recover. She has shown a very positive response to her surgery”- another reply from the Palace added.
Many well-wishers rushed to wish the future queen well during this episode. They hoped and prayed for her speedy recovery and sent her love and best wishes during this difficult time.
As per the doctor’s orders, Kate will not be taking part in any kind of royal engagement and neither will her husband. He will be forced to be by her side during the recovery period in the hospital and that seen at home, another source explained.
This means the duo would be home with the kids until Easter.
