R Kelly’s daughter is breaking her silence for the first time in regards to her father.
Buku Abi raised her voice publicly about how this is the first time that the alleged abuse she suffered during her childhood at the hands of her father is being made public by her.
She explained how his monster actions have serious consequences for her today and how she never wishes for anyone to go through the turmoil that she did.
The 26-year-old detailed more about how her dad abused her when she was so young and did not know right from wrong. At the time, she was just 10 years old and recalled how it was the year 2009.
She also mentioned how her dad meant the world to her and for a long time, she had not come to the senses as to what just happened with her.
She first reported the matter to her mother Andrea who was equally mortified. “I did not know that he could be such a bad person to do something like this to me. I did not deserve it, I was a child”- she continued.
In the same way, she kept on mentioning how she was so scared to tell anyone about the abuse that had taken place to her and how others would react to her claims. She was going through so much mentally and physically, she added.
