Terrifying and tragic reports have confirmed the death of a young child who is now battling for her life, thanks to her adopted parent.
The young individual is said to have suffered grave injuries where her skull fractured and now she is under intensive care by doctors who aren’t too hopeful about her recovery as the magnitude of injuries are extremely high.
Sources from local media outlets were quick to speak about how the two-year-old child was injured when the furious dad took her in his arms and slammed her against the wall in front of him in a bad temper.
He was upset as she had mistakenly squabbled over the ice cream that he brought for his other child.
The victim was identified as Zahra Ghulami who was assaulted through the hands of Jan Gholami at their residence in Gravesend in Kent. In May 2020, he was jailed for a minimal period of 23 years and six months.
The female was adopted from Afghanistan and was rushed to a nearby hospital on May 27th. Her dad told the cops that she had fallen down the stairs but doctors were quick to mention that the sort of injuries she had did not align with the stories that her father was putting out.
An immediate investigation on this front was rolled out and the judge blasted the father who felt his actions were justified, despite knowing very well how the child was so young, innocent, and helpless. “She could not even defend herself but that did not matter to him”- the judge further mentioned.
The dad admitted to the crime in the end and says that the fights ensuing between the child and her brother were a lot for him to bear so he decided to slam her against the wall as a means of punishment. But he had no idea of how much damage that would cause, and how it could now lead to her death.
