Kourtney Kardashian is feeling the pressure after being bashed for not inviting her family to her and Travis Barker’s gender reveal.
The star explained how the event was a very private and exclusive one and choosing to not have her loved ones there was just a personal decision, she added.
“They were not there on purpose. It was not about them so we chose to not invite them. How hard is that for people to understand? Stop twisting my words and making gossip out of everything”- the star added.
But trolls were quick to admit how she felt intimidated by the thought of having the limelight overtaken by her famous siblings, Kim Kardashian in particular, whom she’s known to have beef with.
Kourtney says she loves following her gut feeling and in this case, it was clear to her how she did not feel the need to have them there, despite the clan uniting for every other celebration.
The Kardashians are famous for having a great family bond. Therefore, the thought of not seeing any of them at the couple’s grand pregnancy reveal raised eyebrows.

The couple has been very public about their struggles related to conceiving and having children after their marriage. They’ve tried all kinds of treatments including IVF but nothing seemed to be working. And for them, surrogacy was just not an option that they were willing to take. And despite all the challenges that came their way, they finally did get what they wanted.
