A waitress who got a massive $10,00 as her tip was fired by her boss after she decided to split the very generous amount with her colleagues.

Acting in a kind gesture, Linsey Boyd shared how she was sacked from the Mason Jar Cafe that’s located in Michigan after splitting her funds.

However, that business explained in their defense that her getting fired had absolutely nothing to do with her tip.

This is causing an uproar on social media because people cannot help but speak about how unfair this behavior is.

The restaurant was inundated with hundreds of negative reviews online. Boyd’s supporters shared a lot of criticism for a workplace and a boss who found this behavior to be okay.

Many asked the workplace to be more transparent with the rules and justify the behavior because the employee was just as clueless as the public in terms of how or what she did wrong in this situation.

The mystery man who gave the tip also came forward to share that he wanted to brighten someone’s day as he had a tough one today.
