Actor Tamayo Perry has tragically passed away after being found dead with several shark bites.

According to reports from local media outlets, the star passed away after his encounter with sharks while he was surfing in Hawaii recently.

The 49-year-old was taking a break from his usual lifeguard duties when all of a sudden, he went missing.

First responders started to arrive at the site of the incident and that’s when they found him dead at the scene.

His identity was confirmed by his loved ones who confirmed that he was missing an arm and a leg after getting mauled.

His role in the Pirates of the Caribbean and other leading movies and television allowed him to acclaim a huge name for himself. But nobody knew that this fame would be short-lived and his life would come to a tragic end all of a sudden.

“He was a devoted waterman and to see him in this type of situation is just so devastating. He died what he loved doing”- the statement went on to explain.
