OceanGate cofounder did recently come out in the public eye to admit some findings that have left the world in shock.
He began by offering his prayers and thoughts to all of the families of the victims onboard. But in the same way, he also spoke about how oxygen supplies dwindling does not mean the end.
According to him, the victims would have, by now, found an efficient technique to preserve the remaining oxygen supplies.
The Royal Canadian Navy ship HMCS Glace Bay has been on the scene since 9:10 am. And that is June 22. The ship is known for providing a medical team that specializes in activities like dive medicine and also a hyperbaric compression chamber that comprises six different individuals.
The cofounder did mention how oxygen supplies running out on such a tiny vessel is a scary situation but according to his experience, those onboard would have found alternative means to save oxygen.
But if indeed it was the oxygen that went missing, carbon dioxide levels would slowly increase in a discreet manner and that would lead to suffocation across the board. “They would be asleep and they wouldn’t even be aware of the damage that was being done to them”- he continued.
Another striking and shocking story was linked to how the cofounder did shed light on the CEO’s biggest fear. The man named Stockton Rush used to talk about his fears of getting stuck on the tourist submarine vessel.
And now that it has happened, the co-founder revealed how nothing can be as tragic as this.
He was among the five who went missing all of a sudden in the tourist dive and are yet to be found with chances of survival being close to none after debris was located near the Titanic shipwreck site.
